Hi, I’m Latonya Hicks Duncan often called the Chaos Coordinator™.

With more than 24 years of experience supporting over 200 programs and training 30+ leaders, I’ve worked closely with businesses at many different stages of growth. I’ve always been the person who sees what’s quietly creating friction. Over time, I realized most successful women don’t need more ideas. They need structure that supports how they actually lead.

That’s the work I hold. Not just organizing chaos, but helping businesses stabilize and grow with the right structure behind the scenes.

Outside of consulting, I’m a wife, a bonus mom, and a godmom to five incredible kiddos. You’ll usually find me outdoors wandering wineries, tending my garden, or at the racetrack cheering my husband on.
